How it works
Every follow-up includes a unique {{accept_url}} link. The customer opens a clean acceptance page in your colours and logo, reviews the quote, and accepts in a couple of taps — after which the quote is marked Accepted in Xero automatically, and your follow-up sequence stops.
What your customer sees

Online acceptance pairs with automated, on-brand follow-ups on every SENT Xero quote and a sent → viewed → accepted win-rate funnel on your dashboard. Deposit collection at the point of acceptance is coming soon.
